COMMERCIAL DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
.STL 3D MODEL FILES
This license defines the terms of use for .STL format 3D model files provided digitally by CTR-L.COM. By purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms.
1. LICENSE SCOPE
This license grants the right to use the purchased .STL 3D model files.
The license holder may use the files for personal or commercial purposes.
Ownership rights are not transferred.
2. PERMITTED USES
– You may download and use the purchased .STL file
– You may convert the file into physical products using a 3D printer
– You may sell the produced physical items commercially
– You may market the products under your own brand
– Unlimited production is allowed
3. PROHIBITED USES
– Reselling, sharing, or distributing the .STL file
– Providing the file to third parties (free or paid)
– Listing the file on other platforms (Cults3D, CGTrader, Etsy, etc.)
– Modifying the file and reselling it
– Copying parts of the file to create a new file for resale
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All design, modeling, file structure, and content rights belong to CTR-L.COM.
This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
5. REFUND & DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted.
6. DISCLAIMER
– Compatibility with 3D printers, print settings, and materials is the responsibility of the user
– CTR-L.COM is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages during production
7. LICENSE TERMINATION
If these terms are violated, CTR-L.COM reserves the right to terminate the license unilaterally and take legal action if necessary.
